Shift Manager
Lead our team during peak hours, ensuring every pizza is perfect and every guest leaves happy.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of 8–15 staff members per shift
- Ensure quality standards and food safety protocols are followed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Manage cash drawer, opening/closing procedures
- Train new team members on company procedures
Requirements
- 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pizza Chef / Line Cook
Craft our signature thin-crust pizzas with precision, passion, and Provel pride in our fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble pizzas to Imo's exacting standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Monitor ingredient freshness and flag low stock levels
- Follow food safety and allergen protocols at all times
- Support other kitchen stations during rush periods
Requirements
- Experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in heat
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends
Compensation
$15–$19/hr + meal benefits
Delivery Driver
Be the face of Imo's on the streets of St. Louis, delivering hot, fresh pizzas and smiles to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver orders to customers on time
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition
- Assist in-store between deliveries as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance
- Knowledge of St. Louis neighborhoods preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Compensation
$13–$15/hr + tips + mileage reimbursement
Customer Service Associate
Create memorable guest experiences by taking orders, answering phones, and ensuring every customer feels welcome.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Answer phone calls and manage online orders efficiently
- Process payments and manage the POS system
- Communicate order details to the kitchen team
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front counter area
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a genuine love for hospitality
- Previous customer-facing experience is a plus

- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of marketing or social media experience
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
